Welcome Woods RV Campground in Russells Point, Ohio combines full-service RV camping with family-friendly recreation across 18 beautifully landscaped acres.
Full-hookup RV sites
Every site includes water, sewer, and electric hookups. All sites are being upgraded to 50-amp electric service in 2026 for maximum power and convenience.
Hot and cold showers
Clean shower facilities are available for all campers. In 2026, two brand-new ADA-accessible shower houses with laundry rooms are being added to the campground.
Private golf cart path to Woody's Diner
Hop on your golf cart and ride the private path straight to Woody's Diner for a meal — no need to leave the neighborhood. A unique perk of camping at Welcome Woods.
Playgrounds
Multiple playground areas throughout the 18-acre campground give kids plenty of room to play. New playground equipment is being installed in 2026.
Basketball court
A full basketball court near the C section of the campground for pickup games and family fun.
Volleyball court
Sand volleyball is available for campers of all ages — a great way to spend a summer afternoon at the campground.
Horseshoe pits
Classic campground horseshoe pits for friendly competition with family and fellow campers.
Tetherball
Tetherball poles are set up for quick, active games — a campground favorite for kids and adults alike.
On-site management
Welcome Woods has an on-site manager, a camp co-manager available by phone, and a camper call-in messaging hotline that goes directly to upper management.
Online camper portal
Pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and manage your account through the convenient online camper portal at any time. Email is monitored by three individuals for speedy responses.
Shade trees
Huge oak, maple, ash, and walnut trees throughout the campground provide natural cooling and a peaceful, wooded atmosphere across all 18 acres.
Community garden (coming 2026)
A new community garden is planned for 2026, giving campers a shared space to grow and enjoy fresh produce during the season.
Laundry facilities (coming 2026)
Two new laundry rooms with washers and dryers are being added in 2026 for camper convenience.
